Workflow automation
Workflow automationthat fits the systemsyou already run.
We streamline complex workflows and remove repetitive manual tasks. Our process automation works with existing and legacy systems, so work moves faster without a rip-and-replace project.
Where the hours go, and how to get them back.
In most organisations the expensive work is not the hard work. It is the copying of numbers between systems, the chasing of approvals and the re-reading of documents that arrived by email.
We map where that time is lost, automate the steps that follow rules, and bring AI in only where a step needs judgement, such as reading an invoice or classifying a request.
What we automate
Document intake and data entry
Invoices, forms and supplier quotes read and captured into your systems, with a person reviewing only the exceptions.
Approvals and routing
Requests reach the right person with the context attached, and nothing waits in an inbox without a reminder.
System-to-system sync
CRM, ERP, spreadsheets and email kept in step, so the same record never has to be typed twice.
Reporting and compliance
Scheduled reports and audit trails produced automatically, ready for management and regulators.
Built on tools we run ourselves.
We orchestrate workflows on n8n, an open workflow platform that we run in production for our own ventures, and connect language models for the steps that need reading or reasoning. Where a system has no API, robotic process automation handles the screens a person would otherwise click through.
How we work
Three phases, one team.
- Identify
We learn how your business actually works: where time is lost, what slows things down and which opportunities are worth building.
- Develop
We plan and build solutions that fit into your existing systems, built the right way from day one.
- Adopt
We work beside your teams, training and fine-tuning, until the new way is simply how work gets done.
What is RPA?
Robotic process automation (RPA) is software that operates other software the way a person would: clicking, typing and copying between screens. It is useful when a system has no API. We use it alongside API-based automation, which is faster and more reliable where it is available.
What is the difference between workflow automation and RPA?
Workflow automation connects systems through their APIs and moves work between people and tools according to rules. RPA imitates a person using a screen. Most projects combine both: APIs where they exist, RPA for the legacy systems that have none.
Which tools do you use?
We build most workflows on n8n, which can be self-hosted so data stays where regulation requires. We also work with tools your team already uses, such as Zapier or Microsoft Power Automate, when that is the better fit.
Can you automate our legacy systems?
Usually, yes. Legacy systems often have a database, an export or a screen we can work with. The Identify phase of every project confirms what is possible before any build starts.
How much does workflow automation cost in South Africa?
Cost depends on the number of processes, the systems involved and the volume of work. Every engagement starts with an Identify phase that maps your processes and ends with a written scope and quote, so you know the price before you commit.
Find the hours your team is losing.
Start with an Identify phase: we map your processes and return a written scope and quote before any build begins.
