Africa’s cities are growing quickly and its workforce moves often, for work, study and travel. Long leases and rigid rental arrangements fit that life poorly, while owners and tenants with spare space have no simple, trusted way to let it for shorter periods.
What we are building
WeSublet is a subletting marketplace that connects property owners, tenants and travellers. Owners earn from space that would otherwise sit empty, and renters find flexible housing that matches how they live and work.
Why it matters
Real estate is one of the most stable asset classes in the world. WeSublet gives more people a way to earn from it and to use it flexibly, through a platform built for the continent’s rental habits.
